Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 1995, at Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian musician and vocalist. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves, was released in May of 2015 by Decca Records to great approval of bloggers in the music industry and media. Half the World Away - by the Oasis - for John Lewis' Christmas ad as well as Nature Boy - by Nat King Cole - are already two covers worth noting that the artist has done. Katy Perry's praise for her track Runaway via a blog post brought the singer additional appreciation. Celebrate her special birthday. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was discovering a piano in her loft, and becoming fascinated by its music. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes encouraged her to learn music not to get a job or a hobby, but as an opportunity to develop. To achieve this she started writing her own new compositions. She is credited with Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen as well as Bjork as being her influences. Her mother had informed her that her music would not just help her gain fame, however, they could also help others understand their value to the world and appreciate how they can benefit from them She decided to start performing publicly. She began playing the piano when she was six years old and started writing music at age nine. The fact that she was a musician wasn't known by her family until she reached the age of fourteen. Aurora was not a dream of her childhood. She just loves to write songs. To her music, is the most efficient way to express anything.
